We only wanted access for about a few users so signed up with <a href="http://www.AuthSMTP.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.AuthSMTP.com</a> - it works and no hassle! Obviously if you want a load of accounts it may be cheaper to do it yourself but with updates etc. this was a far cheaper option!
