SSHVnc

SSHVnc looks promising.

The VNC software provides a means by which a user can remotely administer a networked computer through the use of a graphical terminal session with servers available for many operating systems including Windows and various Unix flavors. Our SSHVnc application automates the process of forwarding the VNC protocol over SSH, providing a secured connection and additional, stronger authentication mechanisms.

Would be even nicer if they had an easy to configure server as well though.
